Kungesvald Art

Kungesvald's art is highly stylized, focused on easily-recognizable large-scale images in both carving and textiles. Birds or animals, especially those associated with the Hroendir, are quite popular themes. Most of the city's artistic output is focused on carving wood or stone, though tapestries are always in demand by those who can afford them.

Songs native to the city and surrounding area tend to be long, involved affairs; some are sung versions of sagas, others bawdy songs extolling the virtues of copulation, still others jolly accounts of brutality and war crimes. Working songs or nonsense celebration tunes also have their place in Kungesvald society.

Drums, flutes, pipes, and harps or lyres are the most commonly-used musical instruments.
