Stone Carving

Stone carving ranges from covering fairly primitive abilities, used for such tasks as sharpening rocks into usable knives, to a more elaborate skill, used for creating metallurgists' crucibles or small statues. While its cruder applications only require sufficiently-sized stones to chip against one another, proper stone carving requires a chisel and occasionally a hammer.

Stone carving can be used to make parts of various tools, like axe heads, as well as bowls, beads, and the weights for a standing loom. While most stone goods have little to no sale value, they are valuable to characters because of their utility value.
